Interesting & Unique Facts: Haydon began writing in the fourth grade. She took writing courses in college, but didn't believe she would be able to make a living from it. In 1999, her first novel Rhapsody: Child of Blood was released to great acclaim and sales.

Haydon also started a children's book series.
